Introduction of sawdust dryer:

Drying is important before briquetting process. It is necessary to control the moisture of material at 8-12%
exactly, in order to get superior quality of biomass briquettes with high density. The selection of dryer
model depends on the original moisture content of raw materials. Wood dryer is suitable for drying
materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalk ect.

Sawdust dryer Working principle:
The whole system consists of furnace, fan blower, motor engine, three-pass and two-pass drum, steel pipe, cyclone and
air lock. In this system, wet wood dust is input into hopper by screw feeder.
Fuel furnace produces large volume of hot air. The hot air is driven into drum, mixed with wet wood dust, moved on
spirally in the drum, and discharged at the end of drum; Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.
