Product Description

Roller part: High nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy rolling mill, centrifugal composite casting, hardness HS75 ± 3, after dynamic balance inspection, alloy layer thickness 30-35mm;
Pulley part: European standard pulley design is adopted, and it is time-saving and labor-saving to disassemble the rolling mill without destroying the bearing;
Feeding part: NMRV worm gear reduction motor is used to drive the feeding roller to feed the material, so that the gear silver can eat the material evenly, continuously, stably and reliably; the angle and size of the material blocking door can be adjusted according to the processing output.
