Introduction
This type of filter press machine is mainly consist of frame,filter plate ,hydraulic pressing system .Which has the advantage of hydraulic pressure, automatic maintain pressure,working stable ,compact structue,easy to use ,PP type durable use filter plate ,variety kinds of models ,large capacity ,energy and labor saving and so on.
Structure
Rack section: The frame part is the main body of the machine to support the filter mechanism and connect other components. It is mainly composed of a thrust plate, a pressing plate, a cylinder block and a main beam.
Filtering part: consisting of a filter plate arranged in a certain order on the main beam and a filter cloth sandwiched between the filter plates. The filter plates and the filter cloth are arranged in phase to form a plurality of independent filter units.
Pulling plate part: 1 automatic pulling plate, the automatic pulling plate part is composed of hydraulic motor, manipulator, transmission mechanism and suspension device.
2 Manually pull the board and manually pull the board to discharge the material.
Hydraulic part: The hydraulic part is the power unit that drives the pressing plate to press or loosen the filter plate, and is equipped with a plunger pump and various control valves.
Motor part: The motor part is the control center of the entire system.
