The silage film wrapping machine is mainly composed of a machine base mechanism, a rotating frame mechanism, a film transport frame mechanism, and an electronic control device mechanism. The round bale film wrapping machine is a special equipment for silage film wrapping. It can automatically wrap the round bales of fresh straw and dry and fresh grass that have been tied by the baler. This silage method is currently the most advantageous, most flexible, and most effective silage method in the world; customers can set the number of film layers on the film wrapping according to the length of silage storage time required: 2 layers of special film can be wrapped for storage period within one year (the counter is set to 18 circles), and 3-4 layers of special film can be wrapped for storage period within two years (the counter is set to 27 seconds for 3 layers); the biggest enemy of film silage is that the bale is not tightened before film wrapping and the bale is broken before feeding. The broken bale will affect anaerobic fermentation and cause mildew and rot, so once a broken bale is found, immediately seal the broken part with transparent tape.
