Working Principle of Mesh Conveyor Dryer
1.Materials are evenly spread on the mesh belt, which is motor-driven to move them steadily from the feeding to the discharging section, completing the drying process.
2.Circulating fans draw air through the mesh belt to transfer heat to materials. The air is first heated to the required drying temperature via a steam heat exchanger or heating pipe, then contacts the material layer on the mesh belt for heat and mass transfer. This lowers the air temperature and increases its moisture content; part of the moist air is exhausted by an induced draft fan, while the rest is mixed with fresh ambient air for secondary drying to save energy.
3.The box temperature and moisture removal can be controlled by combining electric heating, temperature controldevices and steam supply.
4.For end-of-drying cooling, simply shut off the steam valve group or electric heating, and cool the product by drawing in ambient air.
